A refreshing summer drink that blends the earthy depth of ripe Pu-erh with the tropical sweetness of coconut water.
It’s light, layered, and beautifully cooling
☕ Ingredients (Serves 1)
• 5 g Ripe Pu-erh tea
• 100 ml Brewed Pu-erh tea (strong infusion, cooled)
• 100 ml Coconut water
• 10 g syrup (or honey)
• 50 g Coconut water
• Ice cubes
🫖 Instructions
1. Brew the tea:
Steep 5 g of ripe Pu-erh in 100 ml of 100 °C water for 2 minutes.
Strain and let cool to room temperature. Use 100 ml of the cooled tea for this recipe.
2. Assemble the drink:
• Fill a glass with ice cubes.
• Pour in the coconut water.
• Add the Pu-erh tea gently to create a layered look.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
Stir lightly before drinking.
The deep, earthy tea flavour melts into coconut water — refreshing, balanced, and irresistibly smooth.
🌿 Tips
• You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup, or you can try with lemon syrup.
• Use cold-brewed Pu-erh for an even smoother taste.
• For garnish, add a sprinkle of shredded coconut or a slice of lime.
