Fresh pear juice: 80 ml

(Requires ~1.5 medium pears, or 2 small pears)

Oolong tea concentrate: 100–120 ml (strong brew)

Lemon juice: 15 ml

Simple syrup: 15 ml

Ice: Full shaker

Optional garnish: Fresh pear cubes or a slice of lemon or flowers for decoration

🍵 How to Brew the Oolong Base

1. Add 6 g of your chosen oolong tea.

2. Pour 100–120 ml of hot water (90–95°C).

3. Steep for 60 seconds to create a strong concentrate.

4. Strain and let cool slightly before mixing.

1) Prepare the Fresh Pear Juice

• Juice 1.5 medium pears to get 80 ml of fresh pear juice.

2) Mix the Drink

In a shaker, add:

• 80 ml pear juice

• 100–120 ml oolong tea concentrate

• 15 ml lemon juice

• 15 ml simple syrup

• A full cup of ice

Shake vigorously

3) Serve

• Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
