Hong Yun is a unique Taiwanese black tea, a cross between the Assam and the Keemun varieties, celebrated for its outstanding taste and refined character.<\/p>\n

This Winter Flush<\/i> edition is picked in late October, as the cool air of early winter slows the growth of the Hong Yun leaves. these late-season buds are scarce and cherished for their clarity and natural sweetness. The slower maturation under gentle sunlight creates a liquor that is smooth, pure, and softly aromatic.<\/p>\n

It combines the bold strength of Assam with the floral sweetness of Keemun, resulting in a cup that feels both rich and elegant. The aroma carries notes of flowers and ripe fruit, while the liquor flows gently across the palate, leaving behind a soft, honey-like warmth.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not someone who particularly enjoys eating honey, yet I love the way this tea reveals a natural sweetness that lingers long after each sip \u2014 rounded, comforting, and serene.
