🥥

A refreshing summer drink that blends the earthy depth of ripe Pu-erh, with the tropical sweetness of coconut water.

It’s light, layered, and beautifully cooling

• Ice cubes

🫖 Instructions

1. Brew the tea:

Steep 5 g of ripe Pu-erh in 100 ml of 100 °C water for 2 minutes.

Strain and let cool to room temperature. Use 100 ml of the cooled tea for this recipe.

2. Assemble the drink:

• Fill a glass with ice cubes.

• Pour in the coconut water.

• Add the Pu-erh tea gently to create a layered look.

4. Serve & Enjoy:

Stir lightly before drinking.

The deep, earthy tea flavour melts into coconut water — refreshing, balanced, and irresistibly smooth.

🌿 Tips

• You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup, or you can try with lemon syrup.

• Use cold-brewed Pu-erh for an even smoother taste.

• For garnish, add a sprinkle of shredded coconut or a slice of lime.
