- Fresh pear juice: 80 ml

- Oolong tea concentrate: 100–120 ml (strong brew)
- Lemon juice: 15 ml
- Simple syrup: 15 ml
- Ice: Full shaker
- Optional garnish: Fresh pear cubes or a slice of lemon or flowers for decoration

1. Add 6 g of your chosen oolong tea.
2. Pour 100–120 ml of hot water (90–95°C).
3. Steep for 60 seconds to create a strong concentrate.
4. Strain and let cool slightly before mixing.
