En milieu de bouche, le th\u00e9 devient plus rond et plus plein, avec de subtiles touches fruit\u00e9es. Compos\u00e9 d\u2019un ou deux jeunes bourgeons, il offre un corps plus rond et un ar\u00f4me plus riche que le Silver Needle, tout en conservant l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance caract\u00e9ristique du th\u00e9 blanc. Faiblement transform\u00e9, il pr\u00e9serve la fra\u00eecheur et la puret\u00e9 naturelles de la feuille de th\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">J'ai toujours appel\u00e9 le th\u00e9 blanc <i>un th\u00e9 \u00ab tol\u00e9rant \u00bb<\/i>, car, contrairement au th\u00e9 vert ou \u00e0 d\u2019autres th\u00e9s, il ne vous punit pas par une amertume excessive en cas de sur-infusion. Avec des niveaux de cat\u00e9chines relativement faibles, il est beaucoup moins astringent que le th\u00e9 vert ou l\u2019oolong. Une infusion courte r\u00e9v\u00e8le une saveur l\u00e9g\u00e8re et rafra\u00eechissante, tandis qu\u2019une infusion plus longue met en avant des notes florales et miell\u00e9es.
