Cultiv\u00e9 dans les plantations de th\u00e9 de haute montagne de Ta\u00efwan, \u00e0 plus de 1 200 m\u00e8tres d'altitude, ce Jin Xuan Oolong capture la puret\u00e9 des altitudes brumeuses et la force tranquille de son environnement.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 de la premi\u00e8re impression, ce th\u00e9 oolong d\u00e9voile une douceur onctueuse et un parfum d\u00e9licat d'orchid\u00e9e qui emplit la bouche. Chaque gorg\u00e9e laisse derri\u00e8re elle une subtile douceur fruit\u00e9e, comme celle d'une poire ou d'une pomme m\u00fbre, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e par une douceur cr\u00e9meuse. Le th\u00e9 est \u00e0 la fois rond et rafra\u00eechissant, laissant le palais net mais profond\u00e9ment satisfait.<\/p>\n

Ce qui distingue ce th\u00e9, c'est son \u00e9quilibre. \u00c9tant un oolong moyennement oxyd\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement torr\u00e9fi\u00e9, il allie fra\u00eecheur et richesse : plus l\u00e9ger qu'un oolong rock fortement torr\u00e9fi\u00e9, mais plus rond et plus satisfaisant qu'un oolong vert l\u00e9g\u00e8rement oxyd\u00e9. Son parfum persiste dans la tasse et en gorge, offrant des nuances qui se d\u00e9voilent au fil des infusions.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re gorg\u00e9e, un parfum floral plein et vibrant s'\u00e9panouit sur le palais, bient\u00f4t suivi d'une note cr\u00e9meuse naturelle qui le rend si unique. Cette onctuosit\u00e9 n'est pas artificielle - elle provient purement du cultivar lui-m\u00eame, une douceur laiteuse qui se marie \u00e0 merveille avec la tonalit\u00e9 florale.
